Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: 1994-02-24 House Journal Page 2527 HCR 24 CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24(JUD) Supporting the governor's decision to authorize a suit against the United States government for violating the Alaska Statehood Act and the Alaska Statehood Compact. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHCR 24(JUD) be held in second reading until the February 28, 1994, calendar.
